They’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, supporting delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects across the region.The roleYou’ll be working on a portfolio of infrastructure schemes at different stages—supporting project teams with full commercial control from start to finish.The role includes:Managing cost reporting and forecastingSupporting procurement and subcontractor managementWorking closely with delivery teams and site managersPreparing valuations, variations, and final accountsLiaising with Southern Water and internal commercial leadsMix of home working, site visits and office time (based near Portsmouth)What we’re looking forQuantity Surveying experience in a civil engineering or utilities environmentComfortable managing costs across multiple live projectsStrong understanding of NEC contracts (or similar)Water sector experience is ideal but not essentialGood with systems, commercial reporting, and client-facing workFull UK driving licenceWhy consider it?It’s a long-term framework with strong project flow and a supportive commercial structure.You’ll have flexibility in how you work, and a clear path to develop within a major contractor.If you're based in the South and want to work on meaningful infrastructure projects without being stuck behind a desk full-time, this is worth discussing.
