Engineering ManagerDecarbonisation / Energy Efficiency - Building ServicesLondonCircular Resourcing are recruiting for an Engineering Manager (Mechanically Biased) to join a well-established consulting and engineering business across the Building Services sector.Our client offer a range of decarbonisation and energy efficiency services within the building services / commercial real estate sectors and are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a technical engineering team and work closely with the Commercial Director to create solutions to increase market share for the business.Location: Great central London location, hybrid working options.Salary: open to realistic expectations to ensure we secure the right person for the roleKey responsibilities include, but not limited to:Manage a team of M&E Design Engineers, supervising their project related activities. Liaise with client stakeholders to develop bespoke solutions.Development of client proposals in partnership with the Commercial Manager and Engineering Director.Develop project, resource & budget plans with the PMO team. Prioritise projects & resources to ensure the achievement of project deadlines. Undertake the detailed Surveying of buildings to identify energy efficiency opportunities.Prepare energy audit/review reports/ and recommendations Perform building analysis using simulation software Develop conceptual & detailed Mechanical Services designsCreate de-carbonisation plans for existing buildings Prepare GHG emissions reports Perform feasibility studies for renewable power and heat generationCreate financial models for building services upgrade projects ( Overseeing building services upgrade & refurbishment projects with PMO teamDeliver ESOS assessments ( Training provided) Conduct Non-Domestic EPC’s up to Level 5 – (Training Provided)
