FTCWe are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a well established manufacturing business.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all HR Systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information.Coordinate and support engagement activity on site, including localised event and working with external partnersAdvise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.Assist with the implementation of Group HR policy and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.Required Experience:Proven experience gained with a HR advisor/assistant position ideally within the manufacturing/logistics or FMCG sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ideally you will have gained a Level 3 or 5 CIPD Qualification This is a site based role and therefore will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport. Due to the FTC element we are looking for candidates who can join either at short notice or immediate effect.
