We are delighted to be leading the search for a Qualified Finance Director on behalf of a growing SaaS business with presence in the UK, USA, Australia and Europe.Working closely with the Group CEO and UK Managing Director, the Finance Director will be the financial lead for the business, running day to day operations and providing detailed analysis to enable critical decision-making. The Finance Director is required to streamline Group reporting and consolidation and implement new systems to enhance operational performance.The role is fully remote with occasional meetings in London. We’re seeking a high-energy qualified Accountant with experience in adding tangible commercial value in scaling International SaaS or technology businesses with an ARR/MRR focus.RESPONSIBLITIES:Oversee and execute day to day operational functions (compliance, tax and financial reportingPresent monthly board pack to the SLT and InvestorsManage all aspects of invoicing and contract renewals with the administrative support of an Accounts AssistantProduce Management Accounts and Consolidation across multiple entities and in multiple currencies (reporting in GBP)Execute robust cash control through the management of subscription invoicing, contract renewals, intercompany transactions and debtors. Ensure there is always a real time cashflow projection available to the SLTManage and liaise with the payroll bureau for all amendments for the monthly salary run. Ensure the payroll is processed accurately and prepare the monthly reconciliation for Group CEO approvalFiles all regulatory requirements and tax returns for all legal entitiesCANDIDATE PROFILE:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)10+ Years of International financial experience in technology industryMust have UK and US tax experienceIndependent thinker who proactively manages all financial aspects of the businessStrong entrepreneur with ability to interact with customers and prospects to negotiate terms when necessarySelf Starter who brings solutions to SLT to improve all aspects of the businessWHAT’S ON OFFER:Base salary up to £95,000Performance-based annual bonusPension Contribution25 days annual leaveShare options available
