The area of coverage is large, and therefore your geographical location will play a large part in our decision as to who joins us. The patch for this role includes, but will not be limited to:North Northamptonshire Nottinghamshire DerbyshireDoncaster Yorkshire Lancashire Day-to-day tasks will include conducting risk assessments, providing adhoc phone and email advice, developing Construction Phase Plans, developing safety polices, forms, templates, toolbox talks, training and more. You will also develop Management Systems and implement them for your customers, complete Gap Analyses and improvement plans for each customer and deliver against them, ensuring the safety and health of the employees and compliance with regulations.You will be responsible for providing competent H&S advice to your customers which is practical and reasonable, as well as retaining their business. Industries you will cover include, but are not limited to:Construction Waste Agriculture Education Manufacturing Qualifications and experience At least 2 years of experience in Safety and Health in the UKAt least a level 3 qualification in Health and Safety Experience in risk assessment and complianceStrong IT, analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and remotelyKnowledge of relevant legislation and regulationsAttitudes and Culture Positive and solutions-oriented Practical and reasonable Team player Can have a laughFocused, detailed and professional Great communicator Friendly and approachable Self-managing and motivating Driven What you get £30-35k salary depending on experience A small business team that works together and owners who will care about you (don't believe us, feel free to ask our team) Flexible working based around core hours Work from homeEquipment you will get All your PPE (obvs) Laptop Phone iPad
