BettingJobs is working with an exciting new iGaming operator seeking to expand their team with the addition of a Senior Affiliate Manager.This role is remote from UK/ Dubai/ Malta under a full time B2B contractor agreement. Existing iGaming experince and a history working in a start up environment is essential. RoleAs the first dedicated Senior Affiliate Manager, you will own the affiliate channel end-to-end. This is a strategic role where you’ll define how we recruit, activate, and scale affiliate partners — particularly focusing on FTDs, NGR, and ROI in competitive markets. ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage the affiliate program from the ground up: onboarding, tracking, payments, and reporting.Recruit high-potential affiliate partners to drive early traffic, deposits, and long-term value.Negotiate competitive, sustainable deals (CPA, Rev Share, Hybrid) to maximize growth.Monitor affiliate KPIs: FTDs, retention, NGR, player quality, and LTV — and optimize accordingly.Set up scalable processes using affiliate platforms (e.g. MyAffiliates, Income Access).Collaborate directly with founders, product, CRM, and BI to ensure aligned acquisition strategies.Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and brand guidelines across all markets.Represent the brand at key affiliate events and build long-term strategic relationships.What You Bring2–4+ years in affiliate marketing in the online casino/iGaming industry in Tier 1 geosProven track record of managing revenue-driving affiliate portfolios.Experience in startup or early-stage environments is a strong plus.Hands-on experience with tracking platforms and setting up affiliate tools/processes.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimize based on player value and traffic quality.Fluent in English; other languages (e.g. German, Swedish) are highly valuable.
