A leading US law firm is seeking a high-performing 5–6 PQE Associate to join its elite London litigation and arbitration team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside Chambers and Legal 500-ranked partners on complex, high-value disputes involving global clients across sectors such as private equity, financial services, healthcare, and technology.The team is led by highly regarded practitioners with deep experience in:Shareholder and JV disputesFund and portfolio company litigationIP/IT and outsourcing disputesInternational arbitration under HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, UNCITRAL, and SIAC rulesDefamation, restrictive covenants, and team move issuesThe practice is particularly active in cross-border disputes and international arbitration, with a strong track record in the financial services, energy, defence, and technology sectors.
