The successful candidate will work closely with the existing bid writer to strengthen and streamline the proposal, ensuring it aligns with procurement requirements and delivers a compelling case for expanded transport provision.Key Responsibilities:Support the lead bid writer in drafting a detailed and persuasive business case for enhanced school transport servicesCollaborate with stakeholders to capture accurate service needs, costs, and logistical considerationsAssist with proofreading, formatting, and editing to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism of the final submissionRequirements:Proven experience supporting or writing public sector tenders or business cases, within the education and transport sectorsStrong written communication and document management skillsAbility to work collaboratively under tight deadlinesDetail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with UK procurement processes is advantageous
