Conveyancing Paralegal – Barnsley This well-established South Yorkshire-based firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its growing Residential Property team in Barnsley. The firm offers a supportive and professional environment and is known for its client-focused approach and strong regional presence. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you'll be working closely with fee earners, handling a range of residential property transactions. The role will involve managing your own files under supervision, so previous hands-on experience in a fee earning capacity is essential. What you'll be doing: Assisting on a broad range of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity Handling files from instruction through to completion (with appropriate supervision) Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors Preparing legal documents, carrying out searches and managing key dates What they're looking for: At least 12 months’ experience in a conveyancing team Solid fee earning experience—ideally handling your own caseload or managing files with minimal supervision Strong communication and organisational skills A client-focused and proactive approach This is a great opportunity for a motivated paralegal to join a friendly and highly regarded team, with genuine scope to progress within a reputable firm.
