East Suffolk Council is an exciting place to work, delivering essential local services and making a real difference to a quarter of a million people across East Suffolk.We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council'sDigital, Programme Management and Customer Servicesas anM365 Solutions Architect .Your roleYou will be part of the ICT Infrastructure and Operations team and work closely with the team and the wider digital functions to deliver and shape the future digital landscape of the organisation.You will provide expertise and technical working knowledge of the Power platform, along with other Microsoft products including Copilot. You will also collaborate on the optimum configuration of our Microsoft platform, working with our Data Analysts and Systems team on products such as Fabric and OneLake.You will lead on the technical delivery of the council’s adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), working alongside technical and business leads. You will help design the technical strategy, ensuring alignment with the goals of East Suffolk Council, and support us in building reliable and resilient services.What You Will NeedYou will have good working technical knowledge and understanding of governance of Microsoft environments, in accordance with best practice, to enable the creation of robust solutions in a corporate environment.Having experience in line management would also be an advantage along with at least 5 years’ experience of delivering MS365 solutions at an advanced technical level and experience of ITIL in an IT and business change environment.
