Job SummaryWe are recruiting for a Band 3 Health Care Assistant within the West Hull Nursing and Conditions Team. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours. The successful applicants will need excellent communication skills and an adaptable approach to work to respond to the dynamic changes in community nursing daily. IT literacy is essential, and the role requires the ability to travel between locations to carry out work, attend training, and participate in meetings. Daily access to transport is therefore essential.Main DutiesThe West Hull Community Nursing Team provides holistic, quality community nursing care to clients needing support with Long Term Conditions management, Complex wound care, and Phlebotomy. Care is delivered in patients' own homes, including residential care settings.
