As a key representative of our venue, you’ll extend awarm welcome to guests and owners, take their orders, deliver tasty food anddrinks, and create a hospitable atmosphere that encourages them to return.KeyResponsibilities- Welcomingguests with a friendly attitude and ensuring they have a great experience.- Taking foodand drink orders, serving meals, and preparing beverages at the bar.- Handlingpayments and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly.- Keeping therestaurant, bar, and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly.- Workingclosely with all team across the venue to deliver operational excellence.- Knowing themenu well enough, to assist guests with recommendations and queries.Requirements- Previousexperience in a pub, restaurant, fast food or customer service role or as awaiter or waitress is desirable but not required as training will be provided. - Effectivecommunication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.- Ability towork efficiently in a busy environment. - Flexibility towork evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
