Data Product Manager Industry: Investment & Asset Management Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in Central London) Salary: Up to 85,000 bonus benefits About the Role Were hiring a Data Product Manager to co-lead the data team and drive the strategy and delivery of internal data products in a fast-growing, data-driven investment and asset management firm. This role blends product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on collaboration with engineering and analytics. Youll take charge of product roadmaps, translate user needs into actionable features, and work cross-functionally to build innovative, scalable solutions on a modern data stack. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end data product lifecycle using Agile methodology. Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful data tools and features. Manage and prioritise backlogs for analytics and data engineering. Track product performance using defined metrics and user feedback. Co-lead the data function alongside the Lead Data Engineer. Essential Requirements Proven experience in data product management or similar roles in data-rich environments. Strong knowledge of GCP , SQL , Python , and Power BI . Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Comfortable working in flat, agile, fast-paced environments. Knowledge of data privacy and compliance best practices.
