Full training in assessing is provided. This growing training provider is one of the largest in the UK, known for delivering high-quality education and practical training to future electricians. With a busy, well-equipped AM2 Centre in Birmingham, they're now looking to expand their passionate team. In this role, you'll assess apprentices completing their AM2 assessments - a vital step toward becoming fully qualified. You'll observe practical work, mark assessments using a clear framework, and help maintain the assessment bays and materials. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications, a JIB Gold Card, and at least five years' experience as a practicing electrician. The Role Assess AM2 apprentices in a practical electrical setting Provide feedback and ensure assessment quality and consistency Maintain stock and prep work bays between assessments Monday-Friday (daytime hours) The Person NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (C&G 2360, 18th Edition, 2391/2394/95) Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician JIB Graded Electrician or Approved Electrician with ECS Gold Card Looking to move into assessment or education (assessor training provided) Based within a commutable distance of Birmingham TPBN1_UKTJ
