Lead the implementation of key strategic plans and new projects aligned with WASP’s strategic outcomes. Manage resources, budgets, and staff effectively to ensure operational success. Secure external funding and build collaborative relationships with external organisations. Monitor and report on operational performance, providing meaningful insights and evidence. Ensure compliance with quality management, safeguarding, and health 'safety standards. Person Specification: Demonstrable experience in business development, bid writing, and project management. Proven track record in performance management, team motivation, and development. Strong IT skills, including databases, spreadsheets, and websites. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to travel independently and work evenings/weekends when necessary. Experience of working with a Management Board.
