Site Services TechnicianApply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.Are you someone who takes pride in maintaining clean and hygienic environments?Were currently seeking a reliable Site Services Technician to support cleaning operations across a unique site that includes offices, canteens, warehouses, and specialist areas such as veterinary suites and animal care units.What Youll Be Doing: Carry out daily cleaning tasks across multiple site zones: offices, reception areas, canteen, security rooms, warehouse, and more Operate laundry equipment, wash and organise clothing/PPE, and ensure supplies are well stocked Assist in maintaining hygiene standards in veterinary and animal room environments (training provided) Complete cleaning documentation and follow site procedures precisely Conduct regular checks on alarms and report safety issues or equipment faults promptly Respond to site needs with flexibilitycallout support and overtime may occasionally be requiredWhat Were Looking For: Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to routine tasks Strong communication and time management skills A team player with the ability to work independently and manage their schedule Previous cleaning or manual handling experience is preferred Comfortable working in an animal research facility Valid UK driving licenseTraining & Development: Full training provided, including ISO standards, manual handling, fire safety, and biosecurity protocols Optional courses such as Emergency First Aid and Fire Warden Training available.
