We deliver evidence-based services to educational settings across London to achieve positive lasting changes for our clients. Our interventions are personalised to incorporate each clients needs and goals, using a functional and impairment-based approach. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Band 7 Team Lead, Speech & Language Therapist located in Croydon. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of therapists, providing direct therapy to students in schools, developing and implementing intervention plans, and liaising with other healthcare professionals. The role involves managing caseloads, conducting assessments, providing training to staff, and ensuring the services are in line with evidence-based practices. The ASL team provide Speech & Language assessments and interventions to students in mainstream schools with EHCP provisions. Team lead responsibilities include supervising junior colleagues, supporting induction of new staff, supporting contract manager with improvement pathways, and developing the service.To start September 2025.QualificationsMust have Speech & Language Therapy DegreeMust have HCPC registrationStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work on-site in CroydonExperience in a multidisciplinary team is a plus
