Perform defect diagnosis, rectification, and component changes in accordance with CAA/EASA Part 145 standards. Work as part of a collaborative and skilled team delivering to tight deadlines. Complete accurate and compliant maintenance records and documentation. Liaise with technical services, planning, and logistics to ensure aircraft are released on time and to standard. Champion a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.What Youll Need: CAA and / or EASA Part-66 B1.1 Licence (Cessna Citation type ratings highly desirable). Previous experience on Citation CJ series, XLS or Latitude preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Part 145 environment, preferably on business jets. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Flexible, proactive, and safety-conscious mindset.
