Locum Solicitor/Legal Executive Private Client We are working with a highly regarded law firm with multiple offices across Somerset, seeking an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor / Legal Executive to provide extended cover to manage their running caseload.Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Position Details: Location: Multiple offices across Somerset Working Arrangement: Hybrid ( Min 2 days on site per week) Contract Length: Ongoing Hourly Rate: 45 60 per hour (DOE, self-employed/outside IR35) Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, LPAs, estate planning, and non-contentious probate Provide high-quality, tailored legal advice with professionalism and sensitivity Draft and review legal documents efficiently and accurately Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or CILEX equivalent Proven experience in private client work, particularly wills, probate and LPAs Ability to handle mixed caseloads independently and with minimal supervision Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
