You will be tasked to oversee, develop and troubleshoot on a variety of technical packages, ensuring they are buildable within standards. Job Description Produce and coordinate technical drawing packages using Revit Produce design delivery programmes and schedules Liaise with developer and subconsultants Lead teams, both supporting and managing projects on-site at stages 3 Guide juniors in design and aid them when need be Ensuring technical packages are constructible to specification and adheres to industry standards Key Skills ARB qualified or equivalent Revit proficiency is essential Demonstrable experience working within UK housing, mixed use, or commercial projects is desired Aptitude to lead and guide juniors in a constructive manner On-site experience Ability to gauge project needs and be client and contractor facing This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project lead or associate who is eager to join a sector leading studio that is growing from strength to strength and aspirations to flourish
