We are working with an accomplished law firm to hire an AML Officer to join their expanding corporate team in London. In this role, youll play a key part in ensuring the firms AML processes run smoothly and effectively, supporting the MLRO while driving improvements in risk management and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous AML experience, ideally from a law firm, looking to further develop their career in a collaborative and fast-paced setting. The firm is seeking a proactive, detail-focused individual with a solid understanding of AML regulations and best practices who brings strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills to the role. The responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining AML policies and procedures Conducting risk assessments and client due diligence Monitoring transactions, identifying and reporting suspicious activity to the MLRO Reviewing client sources of wealth and funds Delivering AML training and guidance to staff They are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
