Sales Development Representative (SDR) Fintech SaaS 35K Commission Fully Remote Were excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing, disruptive fintech company thats reshaping the accounting software space. Our client has developed a next-generation ERP platform designed for finance teams, combining cutting-edge tech with a user-first approach. As part of their continued growth, theyre looking to bring on a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their fully remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into SaaS sales with a company that offers excellent progression and development across multiple departments. The Role Youll be responsible for qualifying both inbound and outbound leads and guiding prospects through the early stages of the sales process. You''ll carry out initial discovery, run intro/demo calls, discuss pricing, and book high-quality meetings for the wider sales team with commission tied to meetings set. This role would suit: An individual with a background or education in accounting/finance who is eager to transition into a commercial, client-facing role Or someone coming from tech sales or telesales, whos hungry for success, open to coaching, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients Qualify leads and run discovery calls to understand client needs Deliver introductory product demos and discuss pricing Book and hand off qualified meetings to the wider sales team Use CRM tools to track activity, performance, and pipeline progress Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise messaging What Were Looking For Ideally 18 months in a previous sales role Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with senior stakeholders C-suite level A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive remotely A desire to learn and grow coachability is key Background in accounting/finance or previous experience in sales/lead generation Self-motivation and adaptability in a startup-style environment Whats On Offer 35,000 base salary performance-based commission Fully remote role flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK Real career progression opportunities across sales, customer success, product and more Join a fintech at the start of its scale-up journey play a key part in shaping its growth
