Now Hiring: Head of Packaging Global Device and Packaging Unit (France) A leading global healthcare manufacturer is seeking a forward-thinking Head of Packaging to shape and lead its global packaging strategy across devices and pharmaceutical products. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to define the packaging vision, drive sustainability initiatives, and embed a patient-centric culture across all levels of packagingfrom design to delivery. Role Overview: As Head of Packaging, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive, long-term strategy that integrates innovation, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence across primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and more to drive impact at scale.
