ROLE: SALES & EDUCATION EXECUTIVE UK - LONDON OR MANCHESTER DESCRIPTION: Due to ongoing expansion, Strategy Decoded is recruiting for a dynamic Sales & Education Executive to support its growing portfolio of brands within the UK and Ireland. The role will be instrumental in driving retail sales and delivering 1st class educational support to achieve and surpass overall targets. You will combine your beauty expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience which educates and inspires our customers and in-store teams. Reporting into the Head of Sales, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the company. LOCATION & HOURS: Candidates should be based in either London or Manchester with easy access to transport links. This is a field-based role supporting multiple retailers across the UK. Travel in the UK & Ireland is required 3 to 4 days per week including some late shifts and occasional weekend work to support events and trade shows. This role requires in-store support with ad hoc admin duties. MAIN DUTIES EDUCATION & EVENTS Conduct brand and product training for multiple brands in our portfolio Create and implement training support through a monthly plan of action in line with the overall brand strategy. Support and attend events including beauty room, in-store and brand events attended by VIPs, press and influencers. Support the translation and set up of the training manual and adapt as required for market/retailer needs Forecast training needs and budgets such as gratis Implement in-store events strategy to create theatre and activity to drive customer acquisition Visit all stores on biweekly/ monthly basis (pending location) and be present on counter to support the teams and lead by example Maintain a training tracker for all brands SALES & MANAGEMENT Deliver topline objectives and KPIs Support the Head of Sales to drive retail growth with key activities within retail and taking ownership of the accounts Analyse growth and keep a strategic thinking to complete deliverables. Look to maximise turnover every day by identifying areas of growth and opportunity and put findings into action Make use of current promotions to maximise revenues. Monitor sales and expenditures ensuring they are in line with budget. Update and distribute weekly/monthly sales reports To liaise with senior managers to ensure that stock forecasting is accurate. Manage under-performing accounts with a pro-active action plan Lead, motivate and manage all in-store consultants Be present on counter to support the teams and lead by example Build/maintain effective working relationships with all personnel in your environment- store, staff, management etc Implement and manage incentive schemes for all retailers Ensure counters/space are optimised with shelf talkers, testers, support materials in place always in pristine condition Visual merchandising support for counter moves, new store launches and events The successful candidate may also be required to support in trade marketing activations and visual merchandising coordination. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED At least 4 years'' experience of working in a retail environment Previous experience in an education/training role Proven track record in successful sales growth Qualified minimum NVQ 3 therapist or equivalent an advantage PERSON SPECIFICATIONS Highly motivated in achieving sales targets Inspiring leadership skills Driven and determined to exceed targets and plans.
