If so, wed love to hear from you.The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Were partnering with one of the UKs most respected B2B communications agencies to find a talented Project Manager to join their growing operations team.This is a brilliant opportunity to shape how work gets done across multiple disciplines including PR, digital, design, editorial, and social media for a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients.About the Agency Recognised as a top ranked B2B PR agency, this full-service communications agency delivers standout campaigns for clients across financial services, professional services, corporate and consumer sectors.Theyre known for punching above their weight, measuring everything they do, and delivering exceptional value through creativity and strategic insight.The Role As Project Manager, youll play a pivotal role in optimising internal workflows, improving team efficiency, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.Youll work closely with service leads and account teams to translate complex briefs into actionable plans, identify bottlenecks, and keep everything on track from kick-off to final delivery.Key Responsibilities Oversee workflow management and resource planning across digital, PR, social, content and design teams Project manage the delivery of integrated campaigns Create and manage project documentation (e.g.timelines, RACI matrices) Track deliverables and ensure service level agreements are met Lead internal meetings, coordinate client updates, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement Support onboarding of new clients and projects across the agency About You Proven experience managing multi-channel projects in a fast-paced agency or creative environment A natural organiser with strong attention to detail and a solutions-first mindset Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello) Confident communicator who can bring together cross-functional teams Exposure to digital disciplines such as SEO, paid/organic social and content marketing You dont need to be a specialist, but you should be fluent in the language of modern marketing Why Apply?
