Youll manage the rollout of the program, coordinate with international teams, and ensure a seamless experience for participantsall while working in a fast-paced, creative environment where quality and innovation are key.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of a professional learning coach program in Germany, Italy, and France.Manage candidate enrolment, experience, and support using a variety of internal tools and systems.Coordinate a team of professional learning specialists to deliver live training sessions.Collaborate with content teams to align learning materials with program objectives.Ensure program quality, legal compliance, and ethical standards are upheld.What Were Looking ForFluent in German; proficiency in Italian and/or French is a strong plus.4+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.Excellent writing and editing skills for customer-facing communications.Proficiency in productivity and presentation tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processors, slide decks).Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on program metrics.Detail-oriented, decisive, and proactive in problem-solving.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experience.Familiarity with educational technology and its application in classroom settings.
