From programme design to coaching, stakeholder engagement to data insightsyoull own it all.What youll be doing:Lead and evolve UK graduate and apprenticeship programmes, ensuring ROI and continuous improvementSupport APAC graduate underwriting programmes with coaching and regional engagementMaximise the apprenticeship levy, manage budgets, and align with sustainability goalsCollaborate globally with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and external partnersChampion diversity and inclusion across all early careers initiativesCoach and mentor early-in-career talent, helping them thrive and growUse data and insights to drive programme evolution and regional expansionWhat were looking for:Proven experience leading early careers or L&D programmes in a complex, global environmentStrong coaching, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship skillsA strategic thinker whos also hands-on and delivery-focusedPassionate about developing talent and building inclusive pipelinesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders.Proficient in using data to drive decisions and measure programme success.
