Our expertise lies in providing bespoke Common Data Environment, CAD and BIM solutions. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality information and maintaining essential project data and reducing waste for our clients. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a 4D Modeller located in Stratford-Upon-Avon, with some work-from-home flexibility. The 4D Modeller will be responsible for developing and managing 4D models, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy of model data, and integrating project schedules with 3D models. Daily tasks will include creating simulations, collaborating with site engineers and designers, and providing technical support as well as identifying programme clashes. This will be hosted and presented by the candidate to the site team, so a proactive and confident nature is essential. Candidate RequirementsMust be UK based and willing to travel to the Informed Engineering offices 3 days per week (Stratford upon Avon)Permanent staff role onlyCivil Engineering HND / degree or similarExpert CAD user (5 year experience)Experience on major Construction projectsSynchro 4D experienceStrong Communication skills with the confidence to speak out and challenge where necessaryAbility to work effectively on-site and at home, self sufficientlyStrong understanding of PAS 1192, BS 1192 and ISO 19650Professionally qualified (or working towards)
