A global quick-service restaurant group is seeking a Turkish speaking Financial Due Diligence Consultant to support the initial phase of this market re-entry project.Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.You will play a critical role in evaluating the financial viability of the proposed conversion strategy, working closely with a small, agile team to deliver insights that will shape the investment and operational roadmap. . The output is primarily excel Databook and a clear and concise key analysis deck. ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed financial analysis of restaurant-level performance, including P&Ls and sales trends.Build and interpret financial models to support strategic decision-making.Extract actionable insights from raw financial data and present findings clearly.Work independently with minimal supervision, managing a focused and time-sensitive scope.RequirementsStrong financial literacy and experience in due diligence or investment analysis.Proficiency in financial modelling and data interpretation.Fluency in TurkishStrong Excel skillsAbility to work autonomously and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.Previous experience in the food & beverage, retail, or franchising sectors is a plus.DetailsStart date: ASAPDuration: 4 weeks, with potential extensionDay rate: 400-600Ltd, depending on experienceLocation: Either Turkey (remote with potential site visits) or London (1 day per week in Central London)
