About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, finance, and strategy. Youll be the glue that keeps commercial operations smooth, scalable, and smart driving clarity across the business while ensuring every moving part is aligned with growth.Youll partner closely with the founders and leadership team, freeing them up to focus on brand and growth while you own the engine room: from financial oversight and logistics to customer experience and stock planning. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn weekly/monthly financial reporting and work with internal accountants to ensure insight-led clarity.Lead cashflow management, forecasting, budgeting, and risk mitigation.Oversee all things operations from 3PL and global logistics, to packaging, returns, and freight.Partner with Buying & Merch to drive stock planning, margin control, and smart forecasting.Manage customer service through your leadership of the existing team lead.Drive high-impact commercial projects to improve margin, reduce cost, and scale efficiently.Be a trusted thought partner across the senior team, guiding commercial decision-making with rigour.
