Were opening a new branch in Bristol in August 2025 and are on the hunt for a Warehouse Transport Operations Manager to join the team, who's as passionate about great service as we are!Hours 7.00am 5.00pm Monday to FridayFrazer, Third Way, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 9YSKey ResponsibilitiesManaging team of 2 Warehouse Operatives and 3 DriversManaging a small team of warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring all team members are prepared and ready for their dayRun the transport operations for the branch - load planning and delivery routesSupport Branch Manager with operations: driver and warehouse staff health and safety complianceDirectly support warehouse team with preparing and loading/unloading orders when necessary (forklift training provided)Provide an excellent level of service for all customersCheck incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged productsMaintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts and producing reports on stock management for branchKeep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priorityWork with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvementWhats in it for you?Competitive Basic SalaryRetirement Savings Plan (Pension) with Legal & GeneralLife Assurance - From your first day of employment with us you are automatically covered for a lump-sum death in service benefit of 2 x your basic salary.
