Commercial Reporting experience Back Office Endur experience Front & Middle Office Endur experience Endur Development experianceDescription: End-to-end delivery of all systems necessary to manage the Systematic Trading desk trade flow from deal entry to settlements. This value stream will pave the way for rapid incremental roll-out of further desks. It will also prove the end-to-end Endur transaction backbone and the downstream (risk & finance) workflows, processes and key interfaces. Significantly de-risks the overall delivery by choosing a discreet trading desk with limited interactions with other desks that predominantly trades.Mandatory skills: Current hands on Greenfield Endur experience Agile project experience. Good understanding and experience of the Agile frameworks and tools. Experience working in Agile projects and educating stakeholders 10+ years in IT & team leadership experience.This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
