Customer Insight Analyst SQL, Tableau, Marketing AnalyticsLearn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.Leeds (1 day a week onsite) | 38,000 - 45,000 + Bonus + Private MedicalHarvey Nash has exclusively partnered with a well-established, fast-scaling online healthcare business that is hiring a Customer Insight Analyst to support marketing and commercial decision-making through meaningful, story-led data insight.This is a newly created position in a growing data function giving you the chance to shape how customer data is used across acquisition, retention, campaign targeting and wider business strategy.Youll take ownership of large customer datasets, working closely with marketing and commercial teams to build scalable insight solutions in SQL and Tableau. This isnt just a reporting role youll be curating datasets, translating trends into actionable recommendations, and guiding how the business uses data to make smarter decisions.Youll be joining at a key stage in the companys growth journey with investment already made into their data infrastructure and appetite from all corners of the business to better leverage it. Theres strong backing for learning and development, and personal growth alongside the business.Experience of Interest:Strong SQL and Tableau skills for working with customer-level dataExperience in a marketing, commercial or customer analytics roleStrong data storytelling and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and help shape internal data expectationsIdeally some experience working client-side (not essential)Salary: 38,000 - 45,000 + 10% bonusLocation: Leeds hybrid (1 day a week onsite)Benefits: Private medical, EV scheme, 25 days holiday (+ buy/sell), matched pension up to 7%, supported professional developmentInterested?
