The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, have extensive supply chain experience and have an analytical and data orientated mindset. Role OverviewAs the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of the right parts, at the right time, in the right quantities, to meet customer needs. This involves managing a portfolio of suppliers, maintaining strong relationships, and using appropriate logistics and ordering solutions to ensure seamless operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor purchase orders to align with requirementsOptimise ordering parameters to improve efficiency and responsivenessMonitor delivery forecasts and 'line of balance' through regular supplier interactionEnsure clear and timely communication with internal customers worldwideTroubleshoot and support the resolution of delivery issues, quality notices, and invoicesSkills and ExperienceProven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environmentProficient in using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemsStrong customer service orientation and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbout the roleContract position: Initial contract run until November 2025 however chance of extension Umbrella rates available up to 30 per hourIf you are interested, please apply directly.
