Ecommerce Operations Specialist Omni-Channel FulfilmentA high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Location: Northampton, UKFull-Time | Hybrid Working AvailableMy client, an established global fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join their European distribution operations team.This role focuses on managing and optimising end-to-end ecommerce and omni-channel fulfilment, ensuring seamless service across warehouse and retail channels.Working cross-functionally with teams in logistics, IT, retail, and customer service, youll be instrumental in building scalable processes, improving KPIs, and enhancing customer experience through operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily ecommerce and retail fulfilment operations (click & collect, home delivery, in-store returns)Monitor and improve KPIs across service, cost, and delivery performanceCollaborate with internal teams to implement backend tools and SOPsAnalyse operational data to identify gaps and drive process improvementSupport IT and global teams in systems integration and omni-channel enablementEnsure alignment between fulfilment operations and customer experience goalsAbout You:5+ years experience in ecommerce, supply chain, or retail operationsStrong understanding of fulfilment, logistics, and order management systemsProven track record of driving operational efficiencies and KPI improvementsData-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication abilitiesAdaptable, collaborative, and comfortable leading changeThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team in a global business undergoing digital transformation.
