You will play a vital role in shaping the Pepa London brand through creative, high-quality design work across all touchpoints of digital, print, packaging, and more.This is an ideal opportunity for a creative self-starter who is passionate about luxury fashion, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBrand & Visual IdentityHelp define, develop, and maintain brand guidelines for internal teams and external partners.Ensure all creative output aligns with brand values, aesthetic, and tone.Develop and update digital guidelines to enhance UI/UX and consistency across platforms.Design & Creative ProductionDesign and produce assets for:Digital: ecommerce banners, landing pages, digital lookbooks, emails, social media, digital ads, GIFs, videoPrint: packaging, catalogues, brochures, press materials, event collateral.Retail: POS, window displays, in-store signage and graphics.Support photography and videography production (art direction, editing, retouching).Create templates and reusable design systems to improve workflow and consistency.Prepare artwork for print and digital production, ensuring files are accurate and production ready.Contribute ideas and mood boards for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.Collaboration & Project ManagementWork closely with the marketing and brand executives.Liaise with internal departments as well as external agencies, suppliers, and developers to ensure smooth delivery of projects.Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and budgets.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging design tools and techniques.Develop and Coach in-house Interns with Graphics and wider Marketing Department.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEA strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital and print design (ideally in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, beauty, or retail).Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an essential skill.Strong skills in layout design, typography, retouching, and artworking.Experience creating motion graphics, GIFs, or basic video edits (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar) is desirable.Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools is a plus.Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles for ecommerce.Solid grasp of preparing artwork for both print and digital use.Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.Collaborative and proactive, with excellent communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to take ownership of tasks.Commercial eye, strong visual understanding of products in the fashion industryIllustration capabilities are desirable2+ years experienceWHY JOIN US?Be part of a fast-growing luxury brand with a global footprint.Contribute to a meaningful mission of preserving and celebrating traditional childrenswear.Opportunity to work on varied, high-impact creative projects.Hybrid working model offering flexibility.Please apply by sending your CV & portfolio to marketing@pepalondon.com, deadline 27th June.
