The focus is on improving financial processes, increasing efficiency, and enabling scalable growth.Role responsibilities.Lead the requirements gathering process for core finance functions: GL, AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, reportingCreate functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagramsSupport the RFI/RFP process, ensuring vendor responses meet business needsWork with implementation teams and vendors to configure the new systemLead on testing activities (test plans, scripts, UAT) to ensure robust deliverySupport data migration and validation from legacy platformsAnalyse and improve current finance processes, documenting new workflowsAct as a key bridge between stakeholders, maintaining strong communication throughout the projectKey skills required.57+ years experience as a Business AnalystStrong understanding of finance and accounting processesComfortable working in Agile or Waterfall methodologiesSkilled in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and process mappingExperience in RFI/RFP cycles, UAT support, and data validationBackground in financial services is advantageous, but not essentialSo, why would you want to work here?They have a great working environment, and they are an ambitious business.
