The role will include attending client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to help clients establish what they need their digital product to do, to fix the need they have, by offering and designing solutions to assist them in this, and then briefing the team. Required SkillsExperience consulting clients - able to offer and design solutions to clients, with the ability to back these up with a breakdown of how it will benefit them as a business.The ability to travel across the UK to client sites, as and when required (travel costs covered)To be a creative thinker able to come up with ideas that will have a positive impact on clients and their businessThe ability to mentor and support fellow team members across departmentsExperience managing senior stakeholders in large companiesTo have a technical understanding have the ability to speak technically to non-technical peopleExperience in a director or C-suite level role is advantageousPackage/Benefit detailsSalary: Competitive Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays, with an extra 4 days over ChristmasWork Pattern: Hybrid (min 1 day per week on-site in Solihull)Other Benefits: Generous pension contributions, private healthcare, flexible working hours and annual salary reviews
