Piramal Pharma Solutions is a leading global CDMO of advanced drug development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical industryCandidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.The Supply Chain Operations Manager is principally concerned with providing support, coordination, analysis, problem resolution, and action to the overall operation of PCCs Regional supply chain to help insure on-time deliveries, achieve our Supply Chain KPIs, maximize revenue opportunities and profit, and delight our customers and stakeholders.The Supply Chain Operations Manager:Key Roles/ResponsibilitiesHelps support the regional SCM Director and team by providing coordination, support and resolution to EU supply chain problems, pain-points, and key initiatives which could impact revenue or customer satisfaction.Assist the SC Head in resolving issuesResolve order execution and supply issuesRepresent the EU Supply Chain on cross-functional initiatives as required.Support / drive local EU Supply Chain projects and initiatives as required e.g. new SAP plants, inventory liquidation, relabeling initiatives, etc.Supports the EU portion of the PCC Supply Chain revenue forecasting process including collaborating with Sales and the Supply planning teams to execute and maximize quarterly revenue. In consultation with stakeholders, ensure the EU Order Book is updated and maintained live for reporting to senior leadership teamEnsure that Import and Export licenses for movement of Controlled Drug products are obtained, tracked and monitoredManage and support Regional SNOEs & SNOP meetingProvides back-up Europe Supply Planner and External Supply Planner as required.Other duties as required Key Competencies (knowledge, skills, and abilities every person must possess to be successful)Has a bias for action and displays a sense of urgencyA proven track record of identifying and solving problemsSuperior Microsoft Excel skillsExperience working in a matrixed, multinational, multicultural business environmentExcellent collaboration skills and professional demeanor at all times to interface effectively with all internal and external customersAnalytical, conceptual, problem solving & decision makingWell-versed in progressive materials, planning, logistics and supply chain that promotes change and embraces a culture of operational excellenceClear and concise oral and written communication skillsAnalytical and critical thinking skills and a proven track record of identifying and solving problemsExcellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times to interface effectively with all internal and external customersUnderstanding of manufacturing and CMO processes and practicesClear and concise oral and written communication skillsEducation/ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related degree; MBA or Graduate level Supply Chain degree or training preferred; certifications such as CPM, CPIM, CSCP, and CPP are a plusMinimum ten (10) years Supply Chain experience with a generic pharmaceuticals companyFive (5) years of experience working with Supply Chain software, preferably SAPGeneral knowledge of MRP and inventory control systemsStrong knowledge of and experience with SAP is mandatorySuperior Microsoft Excel skillsKnowledge of regional licensing and compliance requirementsControlled substance compliance responsibility is desirableSolid understanding of finance and business systemsSelf-starter with the ability to learn and adapt
