Location: East Midlands / Hybrid (2 days per week office) Full-time | 35 hours/week Department: Risk & ResilienceReady to make a real impact on operational resilience?Were working with a forward-thinking financial services organisation thats looking for a Senior Operational Resilience Manager to lead the development and ongoing delivery of their enterprise-wide resilience strategy. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business, focused on ensuring critical services can withstand disruption and continue delivering for customers.What youll be doing:Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of the Operational Resilience Framework.Design, coordinate, and govern scenario testing and resilience exercises across Important Business Services (IBS).Oversee the assessment and validation of impact tolerances, aligning with FCA/PRA regulatory expectations.Partner with SMEs and senior leaders to map critical dependenciesacross people, tech, data, facilities, and third parties.Drive governance, tracking, and escalation of remediation activity.Provide assurance and contribute to internal governance and regulatory submissions.Embed tools, methodologies, and best practice across the business to uplift resilience maturity and capability.What were looking for:At least 4 years experience in Operational Resilience, ideally within financial services.Deep understanding of FCA and PRA regulatory frameworks.Proven track record of leading scenario testing and operational resilience exercises.Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, with strong influencing skills.Excellent organisational, communication, and project delivery skills.
