Youll work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals to ensure every plan is tailored, outcome-focused, and fully compliant with statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage and review EHCPs in line with legal and policy frameworksAct as the main point of contact for families and professionalsWork closely with education, health, and social care providersEnsure compliance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice (2015)Maintain accurate records and support continuous service improvementWhat Were Looking For: Previous local authority casework experience is essential Strong knowledge of both pre-14 and post-14 education pathways Proven experience managing EHCPs and navigating statutory processes Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skillsStable permanent employmentHybrid working model with flexibilitySupportive, experienced team environmentClear focus on improving outcomes for young people with SENDInterested in applying or referring a candidate?
