This high-impact brand new role will shape security governance, performance, and culture across diverse assetsfrom shopping centres to office parkswhile driving continuous improvement, innovation, and resilience.Youll own internal security policies, ensure compliance with ACS and other accreditations, and engage with stakeholders across FM, asset management, and third-party clients. As we continue to grow, youll be responsible for ensuring our systems, frameworks, and talent are ready to support new mandates and scalable delivery.This could suit someone from a senior background in law enforcement or military service.Location: Nationwide (option to be based on-site either Manchester, London, Birmingham or St Enoch (Glasgow).
