Reporting to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and performance of their fleet by maintaining the highest airworthiness standards.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced airworthiness professional who is ready to contribute to a dynamic and safety-focused operation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and management of continuing airworthiness contracts, manuals, and policies.Ensure Maintenance Programmes are developed, controlled, distributed, and analysed for effectiveness.Manage compliance with CAA requirements, including ADs and non-mandatory modifications.Coordinate with approved maintenance organisations for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.Order and supervise maintenance, ensuring timely and proper release for airworthiness.Oversee the technical records system and ensure mass and balance statements are up to date.Lead occurrence reporting and follow-up in line with NAA regulations.Manage personnel qualifications, training, and competency standards.Maintain and amend the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME).Liaise with regulatory authorities, including the CAA.Champion safety within the airworthiness function, proactively managing hazards and risk.Key RequirementsEssentialFormal aeronautical education and either an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License or a relevant degree.Minimum 5 years experience as an Airworthiness Engineer.Deep understanding of Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations, AMM, AMP, and OTARS.Experience with ARC and continuing airworthiness processes.Strong technical and compliance background with a solid understanding of SMS.Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.Financial awareness in maintenance planning and decision-making.DesirablePrevious experience working in a similar role within mixed fleet or Rotorcraft operations.Why work with Oaklands Global?Oaklands Global has 50 years combined experience supporting candidates at all levels to help identify and secure their next position.
