As part of the Schroders Group, we combine financial stability with a forward-thinking, agile environment.The RoleThe primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative, compliance, and client communication support for our Chartered Financial Planners. As a Client Support Administrator, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality service to our clients and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist Financial Planners with the arrangement and facilitation of client meetings, both virtually and in-person.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on administrative matters.Complete and submit applications, maintain client data on internal systems, and perform daily administrative tasks.Conduct electronic Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.Manage the documentation process for new business submissions and asset transfers, including compiling and uploading compliance documentation.Gather information, product details, and quotes to support client recommendations.Handle client and provider enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication.Prepare and issue documents for electronic signatures via Adobe Sign.Provide additional administrative support to ensure smooth team and business operations.ExperienceExperience within financial services administration is preferred.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Comfortable working collaboratively and independently.Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to complete internal training on systems such as Enable, Fusion, and our Wealth Platform.R01, FA1, FA2 qualifications, or a desire to attain them, are advantageous.
