Known for delivering exceptional exhibitions and live experiences, they're passionate about creating memorable moments and building lasting relationships with clients and attendees alike.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the buzz of live events, and is ready to take ownership of their own projects while collaborating with a supportive and creative team.What You'll Be DoingAs an Events Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing events to life from concept to completion. You'll manage your own portfolio of events while also supporting the wider team on larger-scale projects. Your day-to-day will include:Coordinating all aspects of event planning and delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are metLiaising with venues, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless executionDesigning and updating floor plans in collaboration with sales and technical teamsManaging event logistics including staffing, show guides, and contractor arrangementsOverseeing outsourced services such as security, traffic marshals, and temporary staffKeeping exhibitor information up to date using the Ffair platformMaintaining accurate records in CRM systems and contributing to team meetingsSupporting marketing and publishing teams with cross-functional tasksWhat We're Looking ForMust-Haves:Proven experience in coordinating events or exhibitionsExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsStrong communication skills - both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitudeConfidence in dealing with clients, suppliers, and contractorsNice-to-Haves:Degree educated (not essential)Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systemsExperience with Ffair and InDesign (training provided if needed)Why Join Our Client?A collaborative, friendly, and supportive team cultureThe chance to work on a diverse range of exciting eventsOngoing professional development and training opportunitiesA competitive salary and room to grow within the companyIf you are interested in this role, please contact joan.collins@office-angels.comDesired Skills and ExperienceExcellent IT, Organisational and Communication Skills, ideally educated to a degree Level, not essentialOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
