Even though our company is growing our values continue to be at the heart of everything we do.About the roleResponsible for assisting with the commercial management and monitoring of the financial and commercial performance for a new healthcare development. You will support the operational team to ensure the financial elements of the project are delivered, including subcontract procurement, site measures, monthly CVRs, budget analysis, raising and agreement of EWNs and compensation events and general commercial administration of the contract.Your role will be to assist:Cost control and value managementProduce accurate monthly forecasts, CVRs and P&LsDevelop local supply chainsAdminister the commercial aspects of the programmesAgreement of applications for supply chain payment and final accountsMonthly WIP analysis & cash flow control.Manage variation accounts, and subcontract paymentsProduction of dashboard reports to reflect on the key commercial KPIsAdvising the team on contractual issuesManagement of Variation Account and final account forecastExperience:Strong Quantity Surveying education backgroundExperience with M&E projects under NEC 3 and or 4 Agreements advantageousStrong communications, diplomatic and inclusive approachUses suitable business-like and appropriate language in your communicationEnsure that challenging corporate messages are delivered and supportedPrioritises key tasks to receive the greatest attention.Establish team focus by communicating goals in support of the business aims.DBS check to be completed prior to start date.A legal right to work in the UK
