Youll be part of a forward-thinking team focused on delivering tangible business outcomes while balancing flexible working arrangements.This multi-billion market leader are offering a salary up to 65,000 dependent on experience, as well as a 20% bonus which has been paid in full or exceeded in consecutive years. This is a hybrid role which offers excellent flexibility and multiple office locations across London, Surrey or Berkshire.Role Responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle sourcing projects across Indirect Procurement, managing tender processes and negotiating with senior stakeholders and suppliers.Build and nurture relationships with internal leaders and external partners to deliver commercial value and drive service excellence.Coach and develop one direct report (self-sufficient Buyer), supporting their growth and team success.Apply sharp commercial acumen and data-driven insights to navigate market complexities, manage risks, and continuously refine sourcing strategies.Collaborate across a matrixed, fast-moving organisation, influencing decision-makers and aligning sourcing with wider business objectives.Drive sustainability, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation initiatives within procurement priorities.Required Experience:A procurement professional with 3 years+ experience, ideally with a background in indirect procurement.Competitive, confident, and personable.
