The firm operates globally, with offices in major financial hubs such as Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Paris. With turnover recently exceeding 300 million and further ambitious growth plans underway, this is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional to join a high-performing, forward-looking legal environment.This position is ideal for someone ready to lead and mentor a team, manage complex compliance workflows, and act as a senior point of contact for high-risk, cross-jurisdictional matters. Youll be instrumental in shaping compliance strategy and driving operational excellence across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & OversightSupervise and mentor a pod of Compliance Officers, ensuring consistent application of AML, KYC, and conflict resolution processesAct as a senior escalation point for complex compliance queries across the firmLead training initiatives for fee earners and support staff on compliance and business acceptance proceduresContribute to drafting and reviewing internal compliance policiesOperational ExcellenceOversee client onboarding and matter opening workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracyAnalyse and resolve regulatory and commercial conflicts using Intapp OpenConduct sanctions screening and liaise with internal SMEs to resolve issuesImplement and maintain information barriers and manage lateral hire searchesSupport system upgrades and process improvements, including testing and feedback on Intapp OpenCandidate Profile Minimum 4 years experience in a law firm compliance or business acceptance roleProven people management experience and ability to lead a teamStrong understanding of UK AML regulations, SRA rules, and global compliance frameworksCommercially minded with excellent problem-solving and communication skillsProficient in compliance tools (e.g. Orbis, Accuity, Companies House) and systems (Intapp Open, Walls)Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global teamsUndergraduate degree requiredWhy Apply?Join a high-performing, collaborative team in a firm with a strong compliance cultureExposure to global clients and sophisticated legal mattersHybrid working model (London-based)Competitive salary up to 80,000 with comprehensive benefits including:Private health and dental careLife assurance and pensionElectric car, tech, and cycle-to-work schemesVolunteering leave and robust wellbeing supportSupportive environment with clear opportunities for career developmentIf you're a compliance professional looking for a new challenge in a prestigious international firm with strong growth momentum, please apply!
