Senior Manager, Value Analytics Center Global Value and EvidenceIn order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.Location: Maidenhead - HybridExpertise: Health Economics, Evidence Synthesis, HTA AnalyticsA leading pharmaceutical company is building a new Value Analytics Center within its Global Value & Evidence function a strategic capability designed to shape access strategies and drive impactful health economic and evidence-based decisions across global markets.As Senior Manager, Value Analytics, you will play a key role in designing and executing health economic models (HEM), systematic literature reviews (SLR), and indirect treatment comparisons (ITC). Your work will directly support HTA submissions, pricing strategy, payer engagement, and patient access globally.Key Responsibilities:Develop global SLRs, ITCs, and economic models for HTA and access submissionsSupport affiliates in local adaptation of global models and toolsCollaborate cross-functionally (biostats, HEOR, medical affairs) to support pricing and reimbursement strategyParticipate in cross-functional value teams, modelling evidence teams, and evidence generation programsApply advanced analytics to guide value proposition development and payer engagementRequired Qualifications:Advanced degree (MS/MSc/MPhil/MPH required; PhD preferred) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Statistics, Public Health or related field3+ years of relevant experience in pharma or consultingStrong communication and project management skillsExpertise in economic modelling (Excel/VBA), evidence synthesis, or HTA-relevant statistics (R preferred)Understanding of HTA, pricing, and reimbursement frameworksThis is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking team committed to innovation, data-driven access strategy, and better outcomes for patients around the world.
