This is a dynamic, people-facing role ideal for someone with strong communication skills in both English and Romanian, and a proactive, hands-on attitude.Key Responsibilities include;Process BPSS security clearance applicationsObtain employment references via phone and emailClearly communicate onboarding processes to new workersSupport pre-onboarding activities and documentationBook cost-effective travel via Aero TravelAct as onsite point of contact for contract workersLiaise face-to-face with workers across a large industrial siteEscort candidates on-site when requiredTranslate and deliver Health & Safety training to new starters (as needed)Organise your workload effectively and meet deadlinesWhat we're looking for: Fluent in Romanian with a good standard of English (spoken and written)Experience working in a compliance-driven or administrative environmentPrevious experience in recruitment is desirable but not essentialComfortable working independently and in a fast-paced settingWhy Morson?
